Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Service Development and Improvement to design, develop, and implement the new community-based service.
  • Recruit, induct, and support a team of community support volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and tools to provide effective support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the service and engage volunteers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the service's impact, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
Requirements
