Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Associate Director of Service Development and Improvement to design, develop, and implement the new community-based service.
- Recruit, induct, and support a team of community support volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and tools to provide effective support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the service and engage volunteers.
- Monitor and evaluate the service's impact, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
- Experience in volunteer management, recruitment, and training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
