Job Description
As an Education and Welfare Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client school. You will be responsible for managing the daily running of the House, catering for student welfare and needs, and working collaboratively with the House Pastoral Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the House
- Cater for the social, emotional, and academic needs of students
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Education or a related field
- Experience working with children and young people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
