At Sellick Partnership, we are currently assisting a large social housing organisation in Sunderland in their search for a Housing Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending home visits alongside a Housing Partner and completing various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend appointments and home visits with Housing Partners.
Develop networks and partnerships with relevant external agencies.
Assist with project work and provide advice to tenants.
Support the implementation of decisions and provide customers with housing information as required.
Work alongside Housing Partners to investigate customer complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction.

Requirements:
