Housing Support Professional

We are seeking a Housing Support Professional to join our team at Nacro. As a key member of our integrated team, you will be responsible for providing support to service users, fostering independence, and driving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with service users to discuss support needs and develop personalized plans
- Work with community probation practitioners and court staff to ensure seamless support
- Assist service users with applying for benefits and managing rent
- Ensure properties meet decent homes standards through regular inspections
Requirements:
- Full clean UK driving license
- Access to a vehicle for business use
- Business insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
