About the Role

Brook Street UK is seeking a skilled Assistant Category Officer to join our team in the Catering area of Procurement Services. As an ideal candidate, you will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in MS Packages, and experience with CRM Systems.

In this role, you will provide daily administrative support to the Category Officer, manage daily operations within a designated category area, conduct research and investigation tasks, and prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will enable you to excel in this position.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language)
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Team management experience within an administrative office environment

Our Benefits Package:

  • A competitive hourly rate: £94 per hour
  • 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0900-1700
