Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement and Financial Operations Manager to oversee and manage all procurement activities and financial operations within our organisation. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in procurement and financial operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the procurement function, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing management accounts, assisting with year-end accounts preparation, and completing monthly funder claims accurately.

You will have a proven track record in managing staff, driving team performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. You will also have strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Salary: £42,315 (competitive salary with a 19% pension)

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field OR a professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced finance role.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a finance role, demonstrating a strong focus on procurement and management experience.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proven track record in managing staff, driving team performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
