Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Event Planner to join our team. As a Senior Event Planner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering incredible events from enquiry through to completion. You will work closely with our in-house Operations Team and venues to ensure seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement event concepts and themes that meet our clients' needs and expectations
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event elements
  • Work closely with our Operations Team to ensure event execution is seamless and efficient
  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure their needs are met

Requirements

  • Proven track record in event planning and management, ideally within a luxury events company
  • Excellent knowledge of London's prominent venues, banqueting halls, museums, stately homes, and attractions
  • Exceptional knowledge of the London food and drink market and current trends
  • Ability to manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
