At The Solution Automotive Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team in the Bolton area. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to excel in sales and lead our team to success.

Key Details:
  • Salary: £20,000 Basic, £45,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6pm, Saturdays: 9am - 5pm, Sundays: 11am - 4pm, with a weekend rota of 1 in 1 off.

We require someone with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experience as a Sales Executive, preferably with a prestigious brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers face-to-face and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Making recommendations on products that meet customer requirements and guide them through the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed planned sales targets and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.
About You:
  • Prior car sales experience, preferably with a prestige marque.
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the company.
