Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Transactions Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all accounts receivable records, processing invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner, and tracking and monitoring outstanding debts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all accounts receivable records
  • Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Track and monitor outstanding debts
  • Carry out financial transactions and post them into the general ledger
  • Communicate with clients to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
  • Generate financial statements and reports for management review
  • Comply with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of account receivable practices and procedures
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot numerical errors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary around £25,000 per year, with a range of £22,500 to £27,500, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
