Social Services Assistant

In this role, you will work with adults with support needs, promoting their inclusion, independence, and well-being. You will be trained as a Social Care Assistant through an accredited program, gaining valuable experience and qualifications.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,973 per annum, which includes a £2,742 Distant Islands Allowance. Our team is committed to providing excellent care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion for making a positive impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing care and support to adults with support needs
- Assisting with daily living tasks and activities
- Working with behaviors that challenge services
We require the successful candidate to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
