About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Facilities Manager to join our team at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead our soft facilities management services, driving quality and excellence in all aspects.

As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. You will have extensive experience in managing large teams, budget planning, and facilities management.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, with expertise in soft FM services, catering, cleaning, and budget management. They will be able to provide expert advice on food safety and facilities management in healthcare settings.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance our soft FM services.
  • Lead and motivate a team of managers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including contract management and budget control.
  • Promote a culture of transparency and open communication within the team.

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
