Credit and Risk Management Director

At Frasers Group Financial Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Risk Management Director to lead our credit and fraud operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize financial loss and maximize profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit and fraud strategies to minimize financial loss and maximize profit.
- Lead and manage the credit and fraud team to ensure effective delivery of department targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide continuous improvement support to ensure successful landing of change projects.
Requirements:
- Experience of working within the financial services sector with particular experience in credit underwriting, application fraud, and/or account level fraud.
- Extensive experience of working and delivering in a regulated environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of financial standards and guidelines.
- Ability to lead, manage, and maximize the performance of others.
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively to meet changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to interpret data and information to highlight opportunities and minimize risk.
