Senior Administrator

An experienced and skilled Financial Services Administrator is required to support a Financial Adviser and work alongside an Administrator in a small, established, and growing firm of Financial Advisers.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, handling queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Process new business and ensure clients are kept informed of progress, maintaining effective communication throughout.
- Deal with letters of authority and requests for information from external providers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in booking meetings for advisers and ensure review meetings are scheduled within appropriate timeframes.
- Complete review meeting letters and associated regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
- Update Client Financial Records (CFRs) for new and existing clients, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Handle incoming post for clients, scanning and saving documents in relevant files.
- Process withdrawal requests and switches, as well as portfolio rebalancing, ensuring seamless execution.
- Contribute to aspects of Paraplanning, working collaboratively with the team.
Candidates applying for this role must have previous experience working for a firm of Financial Planners and be confident in communicating with clients on a regular basis. A strong understanding of the industry and a willingness to develop skills and progress within Financial Planning are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with High Net Worth Individuals are required.
