Senior Administrator

An experienced financial services professional is required to support a financial adviser and work alongside an administrator in a small, established, and growing firm of financial advisers. The successful candidate will join the practice at an exciting time and become a fundamental part of the team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to a financial adviser, including managing client relationships and maintaining accurate records.
• Work closely with the administration team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and efficient communication with clients and colleagues.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the firm's services and products, enabling effective advice and guidance to clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a financial services administration role, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
