Senior Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our client, a small, established, and growing firm of Financial Advisers. As a key member of the team, you will support a Financial Adviser and work alongside an Administrator to deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process new business and ensure clients are kept informed of progress through regular updates.
- Manage letters of authority and requests for information from external providers, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Coordinate meetings for the Financial Adviser and ensure review meetings are booked within agreed timeframes.
- Prepare and distribute review meeting letters and associated regulatory documents.
- Update client files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process withdrawal requests and switches, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to paraplanning activities, providing administrative support to the Financial Adviser.
We require a candidate with previous experience working in a Financial Planning firm, confident in communicating with clients and possessing excellent interpersonal skills. You will be smartly presented, with a strong ability to liaise with high net worth individuals.
