We are seeking an experienced Associate Facilities Manager to join our team in Central London on a permanent basis.
This role offers a hybrid and flexible working model, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively while managing prestigious trophy assets and HQ portfolios.
- Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of Occupier FM's, overseeing site personnel, evaluating operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with legal, statutory, and Health and Safety requirements.
- Act as the client relationship manager for key client instructions, delivering exceptional service standards.
- The ideal candidate will hold an IOSH or NEBOSH qualification and have 5+ years of experience in facilities management, including multi-site operations and large commercial properties.
- Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and showcasing leadership skills are essential for this fast-paced environment.
- An excellent knowledge of service charge budget preparation, management, and reconciliation is also required.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 DOE (depending on experience)
