Job Overview:

We are recruiting for a Central London Construction Lead to manage the delivery of mechanical services projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and excellent leadership and communication skills.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can lead the construction process from inception to completion. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction team, developing and implementing project health and safety strategies, and reporting on project progress and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the construction process, including mechanical and electrical works.
  • Develop and implement project health and safety strategies.
  • Report on project progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with clients, main contractors, and consultants.
Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant field.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Previous experience as a Central London Construction Lead or similar role.
Salary Range:

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
