We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Facilities Manager to join our team in Central London. The successful candidate will have experience managing facilities across diverse portfolios, including multi-site operations and large-scale commercial properties.

Job Description
  • Manage and mentor a team of Occupier FM's, ensuring their development, performance, and progression.
  • Oversee all site personnel, addressing performance and conducting annual appraisals.
  • Act as the client relationship manager for key client instructions, delivering exceptional service.
  • Promote operational excellence and compliance with statutory and Health and Safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, with experience preparing, managing, and reconciling service charge budgets. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 per annum, reflecting the market rate for this role in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and career with a reputable international real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilise and demobilise properties within the portfolio.
  • Identify business development opportunities and lead pitches.
  • Conduct quarterly client visits to review performance and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • iOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
  • Proven track record with 5+ years of experience managing facilities.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
