Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment, including patient ventilators, patient monitors, critical care systems, and anaesthesia delivery systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring that their medical equipment is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical equipment technologies and advancements, and provide training and support to customers as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, preferably in a high-value capital equipment environment.
  • Strong technical background in biomedical engineering, electronics, or a related field, with a minimum of ONC level qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently, as required.
