We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems to join our team at TRS Consulting. As a Field Service Engineer, Medical Systems, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, and repair of medical equipment, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, including patient ventilators, patient monitors, critical care systems, and anaesthesia delivery systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical equipment technologies and advancements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing field service engineering capacity, preferably in a high-value capital equipment environment.
