Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance & Ground Supervisor to join our team at Andrew Brownsword Hotels. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep of our hotels and surrounding grounds, as well as undertaking planned maintenance to maintain excellent first impressions for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for the upkeep of the hotel and surrounding grounds, including ensuring pathways and driveways are clear and safe, and plants are kept hydrated and well-maintained.
- Undertake planned maintenance of the hotel to ensure excellent first impressions for our guests.
- Ensure the smooth operation and serviceability of all services, including heating, lighting, and plumbing.
- Maintain the hotel exterior, including ensuring external lighting and signs are clear and visible.
- Identify and report all maintenance defects, and engage proactively with stakeholders to ensure all allocated tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Undertake decorating, including painting and wallpapering, minor refurbishment, and maintenance within the hotel.
- Provide out-of-hours emergency service and be proactive when asked to provide temporary cover.
- Induct new staff as required, and assist with fire and water risk assessments and reviews.
