Maintenance and Grounds Management Role
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our hotel and its surroundings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance of the hotel and grounds, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Plan and execute maintenance schedules to maintain a positive first impression and ensure smooth operation of services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to carry out tasks effectively and ensure seamless communication.
- Undertake decorating, refurbishment, and general maintenance to maintain the hotel's appearance and functionality.
- Provide emergency services and temporary cover when needed, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
- Assist with risk assessments, plumbing, and building repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with training and policies, ensuring knowledge of best practices and industry standards.
