Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor to join our team at Andrew Brownsword Hotels.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor, you will be responsible for the upkeep of our hotels and surrounding grounds, ensuring excellent first impressions for our guests. Your duties will include:

  • Planned maintenance of the hotel, including heating, lighting, and plumbing systems
  • Maintenance of the hotel exterior, including pathways, driveways, and landscaping
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and reporting any defects
  • Engaging with stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient task completion
  • Undertaking decorating, minor refurbishment, and maintenance within the hotel
  • Providing out-of-hours emergency service and temporary cover
  • Assisting with fire and water risk assessments and reviews
  • Maintaining company vehicles and performing basic safety checks
