The Role

We're seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead to anchor our new Strategic Delivery Team at MOO. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing key strategic priorities, enhancing visibility and assurance of strategic projects, and developing a community of practice for delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in delivery management and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of delivery professionals, each with different focus points representing our primary business areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key strategic priorities for MOO, focusing on our 'new products' OKR in the first instance.
  • Enhancing visibility and assurance of strategic projects across MOO and in particular, to the senior leadership team.
  • Developing a community of practice for delivery with reusable tools and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Establishing clear career paths for delivery professionals at MOO based on industry standards.
