About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Delivery Lead to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our Programme Management Office, you will play a critical role in leading our Housing Needs Programme Management Office and delivering our department's priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Housing Needs Programme Management Office and deliver the department's priorities
  • Develop strategic level relationships and support vital services
  • Drive the delivery of outcomes and act as a catalyst for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Housing Needs and Housing Services PMO and beyond
  • Advise on strategic developments and inform the executive board about project risks, dependencies, delivery confidence, and management plans
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong track record of leading and managing complex, cross-functional projects. You will have excellent analytical and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to develop outcome-focused change strategies and solutions. You will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to develop excellent relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
