Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to join our team at Upload Agency.

This role is ideal for someone with strong business development skills, able to drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for securing and growing commercial deals for our top-tier content creators.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new business development and cold sales, preferably in the influencer, sports, or entertainment sectors. You will also possess strong ties with brands and influencer agencies targeting male audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business through proactive outreach and strategic partnerships
  • Master negotiations to ensure brand and talent needs align perfectly
  • Nurture relationships with key brands and agencies
  • Pitch with confidence in delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Stay agile and identify industry trends to respond quickly to opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members to share insights and elevate their growth and success
