As a SEN Support Assistant at Accelerate Teaching, you will play a vital role in supporting a child with special educational needs in Huddersfield. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, or SEMH, furthering your expertise in special education and behaviour management.

You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide tailored support, helping the child access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Your excellent behaviour management skills will be essential in managing challenging behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs, we'd love to hear from you

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to a child with special educational needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to provide the best possible support for every student
• Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to support positive behaviour and minimise disruptions in the classroom
