Job Title: Special Needs Teaching Assistant - Early Years Foundation Stage

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide 1:1 support to two children with Autism in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong understanding of the needs of children with Autism and be able to create a safe and engaging learning environment. If you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, this role may be suitable for you.

Salary: £12-£18 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description:
This role requires a skilled SEN TA who can provide individualized support to children with Autism. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting children with special educational needs, particularly ASC. You will work closely with the child's teachers and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans that cater to their unique needs. The successful candidate will also have a minimum of a level 2 or 3 CACHE TA qualification or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to two children with Autism in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the child's unique needs
- Work closely with the child's teachers and other support staff to ensure effective delivery of support
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to keep them informed of the child's progress

Requirements:
- Minimum of a level 2 or 3 CACHE TA qualification or equivalent
- Experience in supporting children with special educational needs, particularly ASC
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
