Financial Operations Coordinator

Duties:- Preparing client invoices and communicating statutory notices in a timely manner to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Payment reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records are maintained at all times.
- Maintaining the company's financial systems through bank reconciliations, guaranteeing integrity and transparency.
- Preparing VAT returns and financial reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director on financial and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- A background in bookkeeping, accounting or finance administration is highly desirable, with strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Drive, with excellent attention to detail to maintain high-quality work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and think creatively to address challenges and find innovative solutions.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £30,000 per annum, inclusive of company pension and private medical insurance, with flexible working hours. The role is offered on a full-time basis, with potential for reduced or part-time hours for the right candidate.
