Industrial Performance Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Performance Manager to join our team. As the key financial lead for all industrial performance activities at the plant, you will be responsible for driving cost-efficiency initiatives, managing plant inventories and fixed assets, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against previous years and institutional scenarios
- Manage the closure calendar activities, including process orders, material ledger, and allocation cycles
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting framework, gathering and analyzing inputs for financial costs and industrial performance changes
- Act as the interface between local R&D, the plant, and central controlling teams to validate industrial production costs
- Safeguard the plant's assets by establishing and monitoring internal controls
- Oversee planned inventory closures, coordinate stock takes, and ensure accurate inventory reporting on the balance sheet
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong technical background, with experience in month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. A solid understanding of financial analysis, internal cost controls, and CAPEX in manufacturing processes is essential. Excellent communication skills and computing proficiency are also crucial, with SAP experience and advanced Excel skills being highly advantageous.
