Industrial Controller

Ferrero is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Controller to oversee the financial and operational activities within the plant. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing period-end processes, assisting with industrial overhead reporting, and playing a crucial role in budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage period-end processes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with group standards.
- Assist with industrial overhead reporting to provide insights into period performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the maintenance and validation of cost data pertaining to product development and assist with various other controlling tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the plant operation team to champion best practices in financial reporting and cost management.
- Monitor assets in progress and oversee the reports of assets to be capitalized to ensure compliant stock takes and accurate balance sheet reporting.
Ferrero is looking for a candidate with a strong desire to learn and thrive within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage large datasets effectively, and proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills. A foundational understanding of cost control and familiarity with manufacturing processes are also highly desirable.
