Industrial Controller Position

Ferrero is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Controller to join our team. As an Industrial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational activities within the plant. Your key responsibilities will include managing period-end processes, assisting with industrial overhead reporting, and playing a key part in budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure the completion of Month End processing meets strict deadlines with impeccable accuracy.
- Uphold compliance with group reporting standards, providing monthly insights into period performance, and maintaining the integrity of data by ensuring accurate declarations by cost centre and material.
- Support the plant controller in a pivotal budgeting role, gathering entries and estimates from operations, crafting a comprehensive view of financial forecasts.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of materials' standard costs, a important aspect of our financial planning.
- Champion best practices in financial reporting and cost management, tracking operational metrics and assessing cost-related data, providing insights that drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain the PDP system with up-to-date and accurate costs, managing and issuing standard costings and TP releases to support our operational needs and financial accuracy.
- Monitor assets in progress and oversee the reports of assets to be capitalized, ensuring compliant stock takes and verifying the accuracy of our balance sheet by coordinating and overseeing the planned closing inventories.
Ferrero is seeking candidates who possess a keen desire to learn and thrive within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the capability to manage large datasets effectively. Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential, enhancing the ability to navigate and manipulate data efficiently. Additionally, having a foundational understanding of cost control and familiarity with manufacturing processes will be considered a significant advantage.
