At Blue Square, we're on a mission to connect and engage audiences with the world's most loved brands. As an Omnichannel Territory Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving commercial expertise across retail stores and contact centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest Samsung Mobile (MX) products and cascade your knowledge across your territory.
  • Relationship Management: Build and develop strong relationships with store management and team members to grow brand love within channels.
  • Commercial Expertise: Identify growth areas across your territory and generate sales opportunities using data and insights.
  • Call File Coverage: Efficiently manage a call-file to maximise on peak times and availability.
  • Training and Interaction: Train store management and colleagues on device portfolio, ensuring every interaction is memorable and engaging.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
