- Assist students in building social skills and developing confidence in their abilities.
- Support classroom management to maintain a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children with SEN is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with students and collaborate with staff.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in various situations.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to supporting young learners.
- Good organisational skills to manage your time effectively and track student progress.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new strategies for student support.
