Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective production plans to deliver on-time delivery and inventory management.
  • Manage a small team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Analyse data and trends to inform strategic planning decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus a 5% STI performance-based bonus and a range of fantastic benefits including hybrid working, pension scheme, and employee discounts.
