Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities- Educate members on how to optimize our services to meet their individual needs
- Process account openings and changes for various account types, including savings, checking, certificates, and loans
- Oversee the consumer loan process, ensuring compliance with approved guidelines
- Create and maintain strong relationships with members through excellent service and face-to-face interaction
- Support team growth objectives by taking initiative and contributing to business development
- 1-3 years of experience working in a financial institution
- High School degree or equivalent required
- Strong understanding of account opening, lending, and other financial products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
