Job Title: Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and sell financial products and services to advance Blaze growth objectives while delivering exceptional member service.
  • Act as a resource to branch staff and members, demonstrating expertise in financial services and providing guidance on product offerings.
  • Drive member satisfaction, net promoter score, and member retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of similar or related experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Selling skills, including the ability to identify member needs and explain features and benefits of Blaze services.
  • Well-organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and stand, answer calls, operate a computer, and interact with internal staff and public on the phone. Travel to designated offices may be required.
