Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Master to join our team at Square Enix UK. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for providing exceptional in-game quality of service and support to our online players of FINAL FANTASY XI & XIV. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer players' in-game questions and requests in English and French
  • Record and tally up enquiries
  • Translate texts from English to French
  • Monitor and moderate official forums

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Knowledge and interest in games and IT hardware
  • Bilingual in English and French

Desirable:

  • Previous Game Master/MMORPG experience
  • Experience in customer service working environment
  • German or Japanese language proficiency

Hybrid Working Policy

We offer a flexible working policy that allows employees to work from home three days a week and in our Blackfriars office for the other two. Or, if being in the office is your preference, you can choose three days working from our office and two days working from home. The choice is yours.
