Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Master fluent in German to provide exceptional in-game quality of service and support to our online players of FINAL FANTASY XI & XIV. As a Game Master, you will be responsible for answering players' in-game questions and requests, recording and tallying up enquiries, translating texts, and moderating official forums.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to players' in-game queries and requests
  • Record and track player enquiries to ensure efficient resolution
  • Translate texts from English to German to support game development and community engagement
  • Moderate official forums to maintain a positive and respectful community environment

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and German with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge and interest in games and IT hardware
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
