Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to players' in-game queries and requests
- Record and track player enquiries to ensure seamless support
- Translate texts from English to German to facilitate effective communication
- Monitor and moderate official forums to maintain a positive community experience
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in German and English languages
- Knowledge and interest in games and IT hardware
Desirable Skills:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous Game Master/MMORPG experience
- Experience in call centre or customer service working environment
- French or Japanese language proficiency
