Microsystem Support is a well-established IT sales and services company that has recently relocated its headquarters to Cheddar, Somerset. We offer a range of solutions, hardware, and services to industry, commercial, and Defence sectors.

Role Summary

This is a new part-time position for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for communication, designing marketing campaigns and materials, website updates/content, social media campaigns, advertising, company PR, arranging trade shows, and assisting the Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm and creativity, excellent communication and customer service skills, experience in sales and marketing, and good IT skills, including knowledge of marketing tools and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services
  • Design and create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content
  • Manage social media platforms to engage with customers and promote the company's brand
  • Assist the Sales Team in generating leads and closing deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute trade shows and events
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
