Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Transport Department at our Minworth site.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all POD and Return processes are carried out in accordance with site policy documents.
- Book collections for customers and complete relevant paperwork.
- Book deliveries for customers.
- Investigate collection queries.
- Return all paperwork for customer deliveries dispatched from site and chase outstanding PODs.
- Liaise with staff at other depots and external contacts.
- Manage inbound diary for all customers.
- Monitor daily clean POD workflow.
- Control period end spreadsheets.
- Compile lists of outstanding PODs and contact hauliers to request.
- Report PODs outstanding each day.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive and adaptable attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritise workload to meet set deadlines.
- Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually.
