Skilled Paint Sprayer

We are seeking a skilled paint sprayer to join our team at Marshall Land Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for spraying components of varying sizes using a variety of paints, including gloss, matt, water-based, and solvent-based coatings.
Key Responsibilities:- Spray components of varying sizes using electrostatic spray pumps and single/twin pack paints.
- Work with a range of paints, including gloss, matt, water-based, and solvent-based coatings.
- Maintain product certification and approval via regular audits.
- Sort paint defects using various tools and techniques.
- Be fully conversant with all equipment and tools associated with the paint spraying process.
- Support the Production Managers and Team Leaders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
- Take an active role in continuous improvements, including lean and 5s procedures.
- Time served as a painter with a proven track record of paint experience.
- Experience in commercial vehicle, motor trade, and aircraft paint spraying.
- Fully trained in working with various primers and topcoats, including water-based and solvent-based paints.
- City and Guilds Apprenticeship or equivalent time served.
