Skilled Paint Sprayer

Marshall, a leading provider of deployable operational infrastructure and mission support, is seeking a highly skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality paint finishes for our military and security projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Production Managers and Team Leaders in ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.
- Take an active role in continuous improvements, including lean and 5s procedures, to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Supervise and guide other operators within the team to ensure that paint and quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure that all operators are working in line with Marshall's Health and Safety management systems.
- Take a proactive lead in continuous improvements to ensure a clean and compliant work area is maintained at all times.
- Time served as a painter with a proven track record of paint experience.
- City and Guilds Apprenticeship or equivalent time served.
- Experience in commercial vehicle, motor trade, and aircraft paint spraying.
