We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Equity and Culture Transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our organization's efforts in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to shape the culture of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive equity and culture transformation strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives that promote a culture of respect, equity, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies to address and eliminate systemic barriers and biases that impact employee engagement and experience.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees on diversity and inclusion best practices and policies.
- Develop and implement metrics and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Master's or Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field, such as Organizational Development, Occupational Psychology, or Strategic Leadership.
- Accredited facilitator in Organizational Development, psychometric tools, and change management.
- Extensive experience in managing at a senior level in a workforce/equalities, diversity, and inclusion role in a large complex organization.
- Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating the impact of strategic and operational level interventions to challenge and improve structural and systemic inequality.
- Comprehensive knowledge of equality legislation and frameworks, including WRES, WDES, and EDS2.
- Experience in leading staff survey and staff engagement initiatives and ability to identify/research new developments in EDI and employee engagement.
