We are looking for a seasoned Engineering Change and Reliability Specialist to join our team at Omega Resource Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical frontline maintenance, services, and project teams, driving engineering performance improvements, and managing multi-million-pound budgets.

You will have the opportunity to work in a complex manufacturing environment, leveraging your experience in delivering major cultural and leadership change with a flexible, lean-oriented approach.

A salary of approximately £70,000 - £80,000 per annum is on offer, plus additional benefits such as Company bonus scheme – up to 25%, A Company Car or Allowance, Share Save cash plan, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Awesome Pension scheme, and Career progression opportunities.
