Reliability Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at ProTech Recruitment Ltd.
This role offers the opportunity to design and implement a reliability program that minimises risks, reduces production losses, and controls maintenance costs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sustainable reliability program to reduce equipment downtime and increase overall efficiency.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and track production losses, ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Conduct robust root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve reliability issues and implement effective preventive measures.
- Prioritise and lead projects to address reliability risks, lower costs, and improve operational efficiency across the organisation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise equipment performance and maintain high-quality standards.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive results-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
