Experienced Maintenance Tradesperson Wanted for Norwich Area

We are recruiting for an experienced tradesperson to work on a domestic maintenance contract in the Norwich area.
The ideal candidate will have skills in carpentry, plastering, tiling, and painting and decorating.
A minimum level 2 NVQ or time-served experience is required, along with the ability to undertake various day-to-day repairs/maintenance tasks.
This is a mobile engineer role, requiring the candidate to have a full UK driving license and own van. The first 13 weeks will require use of own van, but if the role becomes permanent, a van and tools will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring compliance with necessary regulations, standards, and legal responsibilities of repair work
- Managing van stock effectively
This is a skilled multi-trade operative position, requiring relevant experience in responsive maintenance. The successful individual will be required to undertake a variety of allocated works across the Norwich area.
What We OfferPlease note that this is a self-employed and PAYE option available opportunity.
Salary: £39 per hour (or equivalent)
As a member of our team, you can expect to work Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, with a 3pm finish on Fridays.
