As a Skilled Tradesperson for Residential Repairs with Mears, you will be responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks across our portfolio of properties. You'll work on a daily basis, traveling to different locations, and completing a range of repairs and maintenance jobs. Your extensive experience in multiple trades, including joinery, plumbing, tiling, plastering, decorating, and floor laying, will enable you to efficiently complete tasks.

The primary focus of this role is on delivering high-quality services to residents while maintaining a positive attitude. Communication skills are essential for success in this position, as you will interact regularly with residents and colleagues. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital, ensuring seamless job execution.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be required to possess a full UK driving license, which is necessary for traveling between locations. A trade qualification in Carpentry, Plastering, Painting & Decorating or Plumbing would be highly advantageous.
