Office Manager Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a successful business in Harrogate to find an experienced Office Manager to support their Directors.

This role requires a proactive individual to provide administrative support, manage office operations, and ensure a productive workspace.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for Directors.
  • Oversee daily office activities, maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Prepare and maintain office budgets and expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an office management role.
  • Proficient in using IT software.
